1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from receipt, for any reason, if:

  • The package has not been opened.
  • The corresponding web services have not been activated (device has not been mapped to a user account).

2. Changes

The products are personalized and there is no possibility of change, only return.

3. Return Procedure

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Please let us know at sales@nuo.mobi or 210 882 1109 before sending the products.
  2. Send the products to the items:

  1. You are responsible for the shipping costs and the responsibility for the perfect delivery of the products.
  2. After receipt, a quality control of the products is carried out.
  3. If the products are in perfect condition, we will inform you of the refund within 14 days, with the same means of payment.

4. Exception – Activated Products

According to article 3b of Law 2251/1994, the right of withdrawal does not apply for digital content that has already been activated, if the Customer has consented to the activation.

Since NFC Products are linked to Digital Services, activation (pairing a device with an account) makes the right of withdrawal inactive. This means that:

  • If you have opened the packaging and linked the NFC product to your account, you cannot return it.
  • If you have not activated the services and the packaging is intact, you can return as normal.

5. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product (manufacturing defect or damaged in transit), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at sales@nuo.mobi with photos of the defect. In this case, the return/replacement will be made at no cost to you.
