• Single Annual Subscription: After the first year, the service is maintained through an affordable annual subscription. The plan is automatically adjusted and centrally covers all the cards in your account.

• Uninterrupted Operation (180-day period): we understand the burden of professional daily life. That’s why, in the event of a subscription expiration, your card will continue to operate normally for a grace period of 6 months (180 days). Anyone who scans the card will see your details as normal. During this period, your ability to edit your information or view statistics (analytics) is simply suspended.

• Absolute Data Security (After 6 months): if the 180-day period expires without renewal, the card is deactivated and customers see a distinctive expiry message. However, your data is never deleted. It remains completely secure in our system, allowing you to fully reset your card with a simple renewal at any time.

Custom products must be customized in design and approved by the user who placed the order and therefore shipping times vary. After the artist’s approval the card is shipped in 5-7 business days.
