1. Credit or Debit Card

The following cards are accepted at nuo.mobi:

  • Visa
  • Maestro
  • MasterCard
  • Diners
  • American Express

In payments with debit cards or American Express, the charge is made in real time.

In our e-shop, transactions are made with absolute security as the payment process takes place in the secure environment of the bank.

None of your card details are stored on nuo.mobi.

2. PayPal

Alternatively, payment can be made via PayPal. You will be redirected to the secure PayPal interface to complete the payment.

Notes: Payment methods cannot be combined for the same order.

3. Invoice

To buy with an invoice, choose this payment method when you checkout, filling in the necessary details for the invoice to be issued:

  • Company name
  • VAT NUMBER
  • TAX OFFICE
  • Home address
  • Activity

And you do “Confirm payment”.

4. Transaction Security

All payments made by card are processed through the electronic payment platform “Nexi e-Commerce” and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL).

Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches the intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

5. Fraudulent Card Use

If you find fraudulent use of your credit card, you must immediately inform the issuing bank to cancel the card. The Company is not responsible for fraudulent transactions.
