1. Right of Withdrawal<\/b><\/h1>\n

You have the right to cancel or return your order within <\/span>14 days<\/b> from receipt, for any reason, if:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • The package has not been opened.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • The corresponding web services have not been activated (device has not been mapped to a user account).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Changes<\/b><\/h1>\n

    The products are personalized and there is no possibility of change, only return.<\/b><\/p>\n

    3. Return Procedure<\/b><\/h1>\n

    To start a return, follow these steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Please let us know at sales@nuo.mobi or 210 882 1109 before sending the products.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Send the products to the items:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. You are responsible for the shipping costs and the responsibility for the perfect delivery of the products.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. After receipt, a quality control of the products is carried out.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. If the products are in perfect condition, we will inform you of the refund within 14 days, with the same means of payment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        4. Exception – Activated Products<\/b><\/h1>\n

        According to article 3b of Law 2251\/1994, the right of withdrawal <\/span>does not apply<\/b> for digital content that has already been activated, if the Customer has consented to the activation.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Since NFC Products are linked to Digital Services, activation (pairing a device with an account) makes the right of withdrawal inactive. This means that: <\/span><\/p>\n

          \n
        • If you have opened the packaging and linked the NFC product to your account, you cannot return it.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • If you have not activated the services and the packaging is intact, you can return as normal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. Defective Products<\/b><\/h1>\n

          If you receive a defective product (manufacturing defect or damaged in transit), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at sales@nuo.mobi with photos of the defect. In this case, the return\/replacement will be made at no cost to you. <\/span><\/p>\n
